We don't offer international shipping at this time, although we're working on expanding our shipping areas in the future! We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 12-16 business days and overnight shipping is unfortunately not available. For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping can take up to 35 days, and express options are not available.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer express or overnight shipping in any of our markets. Sadly, these options have been unreliable, as many shipping services continue to experience staffing issues and occasional delays. Sorry!

The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. For an estimated time frame please email us at info@alphabetlab.co. We also have the option to set up a notification as soon as we receive any specific colors and sizes that you wish to purchase. Find the exact item and size in our online shop and use the "Email me when available" button to receive an email as soon as it is back!

All the clothing items we offer are pre-washed, so you shouldn't experience much shrinkage. That said, most of our styles are 100% cotton, and as with most cotton garments, we recommend washing them in cool water and drying on low heat in order to reduce the risk for any potential shrinkage.

Ordering and Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 (before taxes and after applied discounts). Otherwise, standard shipping is based on the size and weight of the item. Most orders are processed and delivered within 8 to 12 days.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer express or overnight shipping in any of our markets. Sadly, these options have been unreliable, as many shipping services continue to experience staffing issues and occasional delays. Sorry!

Most orders are printed and shipped within two to three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We are unable to ship on weekends or holidays.

Customers typically receive their items within 8 to 12 days of placing their order. In order to reduce waste and manage inventory costs, all our shirts are printed and shipped by a printing partner as orders are received. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times...but they do a great job of getting orders processed quickly.

• The time it takes to prepare your order is approximately 2-7 business days.
• Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a notification via text and/or email (depending on your preferences) with your tracking information attached.

Typical Shipping Transit Times:
• US shipping times typically take 2-5 business days.
• Canadian shipping times typically take 4-10 business days.
• UK shipping times typically take 5-8 business days.
• Orders to countries not listed here can sometimes take 15-20 business days, depending on customs and border staffing.
• For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take 12-16 business days. For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping can take up to 30-35 days.

We process orders quickly! To make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one if the order hasn't yet been processed.

Most of our orders are currently fulfilled and shipped by printing partner facilities in California and North Carolina.

Our typical hours of business operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM eastern time. Outside of business hours, we monitor email at info@alphabetlab.co, and will get back to you on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order! If you have an alphabet lab account, you can also track your order in your account Order History.

Hmmm...it's usually for one of these reasons:

1. You may have an outdated email address on file
2. You may have opted out of all emails from alphabet lab
3. You may have a spam blocker filtering email from us

Be sure to check the email address you have on file in your account and turn off any spam blockers that might be keeping our emails in time out.

Sizing

Look for our size charts on each product page, located in the listing photos. We encourage you to compare the measurements of our shirts to clothing that is currently being worn by the recipient to assist with your sizing decision. Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders and items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange...other than damage or misprint of course.

To initiate a return or exchange, please just drop the shirt back in its original packaging, seal it up, and refuse delivery…and that should return it to our printing facility. If you do not have the original shipping bag, you can drop it in a new shipping bag and return it at the lowest cost shipping available to our office address included below.

Exchanges generally take about 2-3 days to process once a return is delivered to our office, and then replacement items will print and ship within the same 2-3 business days as the original order.

**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.**

All returns sent back for a refund will receive the option to use an instant credit at alphabetlab.com. If you choose not to use your instant credit, or to only redeem part of it, you will be refunded the remainder to your original payment method after your return is processed.

You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please keep a record of your tracking number and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.

Unfortunately, we are not set up to offer return shipping labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

If you have a damaged or defective item, please do not initiate a self-service return. Please email us at info@alphabetlab.co and we’ll take care of you.

Gift Cards

You will find the product listing for our gift cards in our shop menu. Here you will be able to select the gift amount that you would like to purchase. Currently our gift cards are delivered to the purchaser via email. Forward or print the email to deliver to your recipient.

Gift cards are redeemed at checkout during payment. Simply enter your unique gift code in the field marked “Enter promo or gift code”.

Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards. Instead, your gift recipient can use promotions or discounts for which they are eligible when they use the gift card.

Gift cards cannot be returned. If you place an order for a gift card in error, please contact us at info@alphabetlab.co and we will do our best to assist you.

Currently our gift cards are delivered to the purchaser via email. Forward or print the email to deliver to your recipient.

Unfortunately, alphabet lab cannot transfer gift cards or credit to other customers.

Yes! Please note that if you don’t spend the entire credit, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card, and the same code will need to be entered again on a future purchase.

To check your gift card balance, reach out to info@alphabetlab.co with the gift card code, and we will do our best to assist you.

Gift cards that are purchased do not expire. Gift cards that are issued as a form of store credit expire 6 months after the issue date.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept virtual payment programs such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay as alternate methods for purchasing your order on alphabetlab.co. These all enable you to securely send payments online.
